Team Falken to support Race Prep for Kings of Hammer

FONTANA, CA – Falken Tire, an important high performance choice for driving enthusiasts on pavement and off-road, continues to expand its motorsports involvement in the popular and demanding off-road arena through its support of Race Prep Racing, the husband-and-wife-managed team that will compete in the Ultra4 Class at King of the Hammers, the “toughest one-day off-road race,” according to series organizers.
 
King of The Hammers will take place the second week of February, on public lands in Johnson Valley, CA, near the U.S. Marine Corps Combat Center located in Twenty Nine Palms.  Over the first five years the race has run, it has evolved from 12 teams to more than 150 teams competing before thousands of fans both live and online.
 
Richard and Kristen Carter of Simi Valley, CA, form the team of Race Prep Racing and have previously competed in the event.  They will be running on 37x12.50-R17 Falken WildPeak A/T tires, qualifying during the Time Trials Feb. 7-8 and racing on February 10^th.
